After very bad service from Standard Bank, about which I posted a complaint, I phoned Capitec and received great, friendly and efficient service. Since I was phoning from abroad they also offered to correspond via Skype so as to save me money. They were very helpful and knowledgeable and I hope they continue hurting the so-called big four banks. For 6 years I have only had bad service from Standard Bank. When I do return to SA I will be sure to do all my future banking with Capitec Bank.
