I am writing you this email to inform you of the absolutely fantastic response I have had in dealing with Antonette Smit your Claims Administrator at Discovery Insure. She and I have been corresponding by email since early November,

Her manner and her way of handling me as a client has been more than satisfactory, very efficient most concerned about the client and most of all replying to all emails on receipt thereof.

I have dealt with many insurance companies in my life time be it in business or private I have yet to come across a person who has the charm and gracious ways to handle any client. I felt that every question I asked her was answered or she would go out and

Find the answers to all my query regardless of the fact that I emailed her more than many times.
