I have never received such great service from an insurance company call centre. I really felt like a king, Bridget was so efficient, she gave me great advice on my cover, and various options... in layman terms. She is a great organiser and even went the extra mile speeding up the process of my complaint. I am so impressed to an extend that I thought to my self if I had a company I would still her from you to work for me LOL.
