I hadn't even completed the online application and already received a friendly call from Khambi. Took a few minutes and was well informed throughout the call. Asked the same questions that other insurers do but somehow felt more comfy with Khambi! Only concern is that as the call continued so did the premium drop - it jsut makes me wonder if I could have got it even cheaper... but stopped at a certain point. needless to say I am cancellin my outsurance policy and am going to swop to Kings. Hope the service continues into the future should i ever have a claim:)
