I have had the worst service from discovery insure. i have been with them for about 6 months now and when I put through a claim for repairs in my car it has been a nightmare getting the help required, final straw has been them sending car to be repaired an unauthorized repair center. I have detailed every on the email below. I sent to the complaints line and I have had no feedback. second hand parts and an Unauthorized repair my particular vehicle was suggested by the insurer this with out informing me had it not been for the car maker warning that the panelbeaters were not BMW certified I would not have known. This has resulted in the suspension of my motoplan. I am real no impressed with what I have received from Discovery and looking at how much I pay to the excluding the insure side, I at least deserve feedback and communication to be given towards my complaint which has not happened.
