I lodged a complaint against Capitec on the 03 Dec and received feedback on 04 Dec as follows Feedback will be provided within 2 working days, and I trust that this situation will be resolved to your satisfaction. Roxanne PridgeonComplaints Management. I am very disappointed that my complaint had not yet been resolved still and the after 2 working days today its now 13 Dec and still the amount deducted from my acvpunt has not been refunded. This is so unfair, overpromise and underdeliver to client. I need the electricity at the moment.
