Exceed my expectations

I had remarkable service form 1Life, Kgolofelo Mabusela from their sales division. The experience was exceptional, I found him to be patient, intelligent, professional and courteous.
He assisted me with acquiring a life policy, I never entertain cold calls and have very little patience for people reading scripts. He had product knowledge and could explain and answer questions with great ease.
He has set an extremely high benchmark for 1Life and I would expect all future intersections to be handled with the same ease and professionalism.
