My house was hit by the hailstorm on 28.11.2013, my dad reported a cliam on 02.12.2013 to this day we have had no contact or even an assessor coming to look at the damages. My home is not livable, i send an email to [email protected] they have not responded, the whole roof is letting rain in. we cannot sleep anywhere. I find the service very poor.
