I am a client of King Price Insurance and used to believe that there is NO other insurance company that can beat it. I guess I was wrong, I have since made a small claim on Monday (09/12/2013) morning and was told that the payment will take approximately two days with a maximum of three. Today is the fourth day and I am being sent from pillar to post which is very frustrating as I thought I am covered so as to be put back in my position before I experienced a loss.
I totally see this to be an unacceptable practice and would like to urge King Price to get its house in order so that the company doesn't lose its hard-earned reputation.
