On the 25/03/2013 I was debited from African bank for R3351.00 and again on the 28/03/2013 and when I called them the consultants don't even know how to deal with clients and they don't know what is happening there, I asked for a reversal to which I was told I need to wait for 48 hours,
Why should I wait when this was their fault. I requested to speak to a manager which the supervisor Khatha Zwane could not fine in the building I asked for the manager to call me back. I have still not received that call... just to think you have people like this handling money.
