A company vehicle "reversed" into my parked car and severely damaged my drivers side door, i can not gain access to the vehicle through this door, nor roll down the window.
My vehicle is my main tool for my job and this is becoming extremely inconvenient..
I am scheduled to go on holiday in 5 days time, I can not drive over 2000km with a car in this condition.
1. The attitude of the person on the phone stinks, not willing to help, plain down rude
2. The claim was meant to be processed and handed over yesterday and was told to call back today for answers, which i did and still nothing has been done.
3. The claim will still take another 2 weeks to be processed, if i was dealing with my insurance company the claim would have been approved and settled in a little less than a week.
Your company ethics and service are pathetic and I am really glad i am not one of your clients.
I can see this being a long drawn out process!!!
