I had previously complained through the FNB with regards to Stractol and the other companies that has been involved in wrongfully debiting my account an FNB correspondence managed to give me a call a few days later after the complain and did indeed promise me that the debit will be reversed... Up until now I have not been credited by FNB for that Debit... Previously FNB asked me to call Stractol and find out myself on why I was being debited... I called them and they said they will deposit my credit... For this particular incident i was charged R40 as a deposit Fee and R5 for for canceling a debit order by FNB... This has led me into believing that FNB is also involve in this as they are bound to benefit from the incidents.
