NO RESPONSE REGARDING CLAIM

I had an accident on the 5th of December and immediately called Miway for advice. The next morning I formally reported the incident and to date have not heard feedback and no assessor has been in contact with me. I call their call center every single day. I am on hold for over 30 minutes before I speak with an operator and when i get hold of one I am told the assessor will contact me immediately but i never get a call from them. I even leave messages on automated voice mail to ask an agent to contact me but no one ever calls. its better to remove these prompts if you are not going to deliver this type of service. I am a customer and paying R900.00 a month means that I must not get such poor service. Today is the 12th i will cal again at 8am i bet you they will just tell me that the assessor will contact me!!! I am tired of all this. This level of service is unacceptable. I am dealing with the the fact that my car is damaged, i shouldn't be dealing with this as well.
