VERY DISSAPOINTED

On 25/11/2013 I reported that my fridge that had stopped working during the course of the day while no-one was home. I was assisted promptly by the operator who said that the contractor would contact me within 10minutes to make the arrangements. Almost an hour later I called back and the operator said he would follow up and let me know. I then received the following sms: "Your Case No. STDB_9491475 refers: Gemini Appliance Repairs (P: KZN) Tel 0828416600 to make contact within 10 min." After about another half an hour no one had called so I used the number above for Gemini and called and spoke to a lady who said that she had already left the office and could only assist the following day. The next morning a gentleman called me from Gemini and I said to him that he was too late in calling as I had needed assistance the night before. The rude man laughed and said that they do not work after office hrs. The fridge continued to leak through the night despite my efforts to avoid further damage and has caused extensive damage to my kitchen cupboards. Is Standard Insurance going to cover this cost? I emailed Standard bank on 04/12/2013 but have not received any response 24hr assist for?
