I have logged a claim against my damaged sofa due to rain on the 3/12/2013 and to date nothing has been done about this. I have to always called in to get answers as to how to resolve this matter. I even spoke to a team leader Sandy Duvenhage who asked me what will I want to have this resolved and I said please replace my sofa if it cant be repaired asap cause most companies will be closed. She then asked that I get a quote to replace the lounge suite which I did and now she still prolongs this but first getting a repair company to now check the sofa. Why wasn't this don't in the first place when I reported the incident. Im not prepared to wait. You have my quote and I want this sorted out today.
