I'm writing a complaint in connection with the call that was received by my boss from some Lady in One of Capitec Branches or Call centre asking my boss when am I going to get paid, now I'm in an open area office, I'm actually livid because to them it sounded like I'm not paying my debts (I have a loan with Capitec), so please who ever is appointing those people to do the calls for confirming the pay date atleast notify your clients first, I did not get a call or an SMS non whatsoever to notify me, it's totally unacceptable, you might be the cheaper bank but I don't appreciate this kind of treatment. Abongile from Capitec Lakeside Mall was kind enough to explain what's happening. To whoever is reading this, please take action, otherwise you will be loosing customers!!!
