I thank you Lorraine for calling me back on the day of my complaint, however I expressed my anger and advised you that I don't understand why I cant get some form of rebate as it was never told to me by the sales person that the white card would be cancelled and after speaking to numerous consults for the past four months they told me that they had listened to the recording and it was told to me so they. Before I pay this card off and close it. I am expecting some form of rebate for all my calls, trouble and constant.
