I recently had the task of getting insurance quotes on my car, I was amazed at the good service I received from
various companies, however the "Great"service I received from a Dail Direct employee Theo-Anne Alexander was the
deciding factor, she was a cut above the rest.
With customer service being a so scarce, much less "Great Service"... you were quite well represented by a star employee... please value her.
I took out the policy with the Tomtom, while my insurance is now in place... I have been assured that I will have the device in the standard turn around time and have no reason to believe otherwise... bassed on the dazzling service given by Theo-Anne.
