FNB CHARGES CLIENTS ON A CANCELLED CARD

Here is to make the public aware of the USELESS, PATHETIC, POOR security FNB has.
Did you know that even though your card will be confirmed has cancelled by FNB in the event of it being, if it later reappears & for some miracle gets used again, you are responsible for all these charges. Yes, people. You heard me correct. My wifes card was in August, 4 months ago. She has a linked card as mine. We called FNB and cancelled the card. 2 Days later it was used at the Toll gates. I called FNb & had to send affidits & the works. FNB said they forgot to cancel on the systems. Four months later, i was charged at 4 different Toll Gates & amount of R 176. When i queried with FNB, they casually said I must fill in a dispute form & they will look into it. I must waste my time and money doing something that they stuffed up. Why do they waste money on the stupid "STEVE" adverts when their securities are so PATHETIC, WEAK and useless. PUBLIC - Please note the weak security systems FNB has & make the move & Move your bank acc NOW!
