They Simplify Nothing

I applied for credit online a week ago and still no call. The least they can do is inform me as to whether I qualify or not, its that simple. Must be the worst service ever and that is why I changed my bank! They should have an online paperless service like African Bank and then they will not have to get back to anybody, given they have no sense of urgency!
