I received a phone call today from Mr. Tshepiso regarding the upgrade of my FNB account to a platinum account.

Tshepiso was very friendly and helpful. The impression I got was that he "want's" to help me, and not just rush a sales call.

That is why I have been with FNB for more than 8 years!
