I am extremely upset with your bad service you've been debiting my account for the last 4 years not skipping a month, now that I have a claim you have numerious stories, I've been on the phone for the last week dealing with incompitant service, please I need an answer as to the status of my claim, I canceled my policy with you and would like a refund of all premuims paid, seeing every time I want to claim it's a uge story. I will have to revert to the Ombudsman if this is not resolved, I absolutly get no feedback from your staff only empty promises!!!
