I have put my wife on Discovery Insure for the mere fact that the industry she works in requires a lot of travelling with long distances a day. I monitor her whereabouts to make sure she has arrived at described destinations safely. The DQ Mapper service is ALWAYS going down and therefore leaves me unable to see if shes safe. It frustrates me to know Im paying for a service that doesnt work optimumly. When I call to report the problem im basically told "tough luck our DQ technicians aren't available till Monday"... im highly annoyed and dissapointed. My wife cant check her pgone and now I'm left "guessing" if shes safe or not.
