Database maintenance needs jacking up

I have been trying to update my address on the Alexander Forbes website but have been unable to and although I have reported the matter and received an automated response, nothing further has happened.

Whoever processes the electronic mail is not keeping up, or whoever manages the database isn't following up.

Had the same problem with Momentum. Annoying.
