On tuesday i came to the bank as i unable to use my card outside i was advised to join the queue @ enqueries of which i didnt have a problem with. I waited 45minutes to be aasisted please take to consideration that im 7 months pregnant & i had to wait that long, the worst part there was no floor walker to check f the people were standing on the right lines. Finally when i was in front the consultant didnt even ask to be excused she just left her working station unattended to go to the bathroom, im not against her using the bathroom but she needs to have manners & act proffessional i waited for her like a fool for about 10 minutes & the next consultant to her assisted me. Please train yo consultants. Dealing with a friendly face will boost the business for the orange index...
