Wanted to buy a top originally marked R349.00
However the price had been covered up with a marker, but you could still see the original price below.
When I enquired what the price was, I was shocked to find out that it was now R499!
That's a whopping 43% increase on an item that is obviously OLD STOCK.
I understand price increases because of inflation, but 43% is way above any exchange rate increase or inflation rate.
I definitely won't be shopping again at Duesouth anytime soon!
