I have been sending secure messages ad emailing until I am blue in the face. No one responds. And now, for the 3rd time, I don't receive my OTP's. I can't make any payments. I do not want to go into the bank and I am unable to hear, so I can't phone. No one cares. Should I go to another bank??
I have asked many times for my OTP to go to my cellphone AGAIN! I have asked for my branch to be changed, more than once. I have also asked that they stop some debit orders, still nothing. I'm tired of this.
I'm just so tired of this and I want to know what Stranded Bank is going to do to make me a happy client again, because this is NOT service!!
