FNB - THIS IS HOW WE RIP YOU OFF

I took out a loan with FNB 7 years ago, a very small loan I might add. On the morning of 27 December 2013 I received an sms from FNB stating that they have deducted R 4684.16 off my account for the loan that has been in arrears. With this said I have not heard anything from FNB off this loan in the last two years, and BOOM on a December month they decide to deduct R 4684.16 without prior warning. I now cannot pay my car or any other account for this matter. If pre warning was given I would've contacted FNB and made arrangements for this. I called the number on the sms that was sent to me and went through to a very incompetent lady called Bongiwe. I asked her about this and very bluntly answered me by saying there is nothing we can do about it. I asked to speak to a Manager and she cut me off. After the 9th call to this call centre I have been put on hold for a couple of times, put through to a different department or just answered I am sorry we cannot help you. I am closing my FNB account and FNB will not see another cent before this matter is not solved. I will gladly go to court with FNB if this would be the case. I urge everyone who is reading this to find another bank!!!
