First National Bank
No control over my account

There is a some company that keeps debating my account. I have been to numerous fnb branches and tried to call this company to stop and to reverse these debits. However, at the Modimolle branch, I was told that this is a and the bank has little control over it. There is nothing they can do. Now these people keep changing names, their phone numbers just ring.

My problem is that I feel the bank is not protecting my account as a client. I can't reverse the amounts, how is that possible? I can't block these people from debiting my account. Please explain to me why I should remain with the bank when it won't protect my interests?
