MyUpdates are NOT activated on my internet banking

Physically been to the bank, but it seems that my MyUpdates sms notifications are not working

1) When I withdraw money at the atm - there is NO sms... WHY?
2) When I pay for petrol - there is no sms... WHY?

When I spend money on shopping using my card - there is NO SMS - why?

NOT IMPRESSED with the level of NO service
