Who is fooling Who???

My car got a breakdown in Nelspruit because of the broken clutch kit. It was then towed in for repairs to Union Motors in Nelspruit. Unfortunately i didnt have my credit card with me at that stage to qualify for a rental car to take me home to Polokwane. Union Motors repaired my car on Wednesday 30 January 2013 and they promptly informed me. I then called MiWay on the same day to enquire if the car hire option is still available. They then confirmed that they will assist me to go and fetch my car at Nelspruit with a hired car. When i made a follow up call with the claims dept i was then informed that I was wrongly advised by their consultant and they cannot assist me. I received 3 different stories from the MiWay consultants that I spoke to. Who is fooling who here?? I am being incovenienced by the insurance company that I regularly pay without any default in payment. I believe i have thrown my money in a rubbish bin and didnt know that i am dealing with the people who will be unable to assist when i am in need. I am very dissappointed and will not do any further business with them and will also advice other people regarding this.
