I received a notice that my car insurance premium is being increased by 16%!
I called the customer care centre to discuss the increase and possibly negotiate a more reasonable rate. The call centre agent was extremely unhelpful and unwilling to even consider negotiating despite the fact that I have been a loyal customer for 3 years, never had a claim and the fact that the value of my car has significantly decreased.
I was told that I am more than welcome to cancel my policy and if this is the service Momentum are offering it seems like a very good idea.
