Unproffesional service from FNB

Fnb upgrade my bank card. the told mr vd Merwe that they will deliver on the 05/12/2013 between 9 and 4.
he is an Brakedown Accident recovery. most of the time he is not at work but on a brakedown. one of fnb's
consultants just phone him and said that they will be at his work before 5. he is out for an accident and not
at work. he asked the to contact me, me muller i have everything and as arranged they must give it to me. his fiance. but the guy who refused to give his name, told him that he don't care about the arrangement and will come and deliver it to him at the accident site. he does not have a copy of his id with him. so the gay had an
attitude with him and was very rude and put the phone down in his ear.
this was unacceptable.
