I was in a motor accident on the 7 September 2013 and submit all my details and accident reports to Danielle Annandale by the 9 September 2013. On the 17 September 2013 i have sent a mail asking that they inform WESBANK that they need to sent a mail stating that the car has been written off due to the accident supplied her with the email adress and the contact person with his phone number, i up to date have not had a reply.

She needs to sent WESBANK a confirmation letter before the 27 September 2013 or i will be liable to pay another instalment.

i still did not get a positive replay when my payment will be done, i don't have a car and at this stage my work is helping me with a car as VIRSEKER DID NOT MENTION that during a accident i will not have a rental car.
My fiance Petro Hugo on my behalf's took out the policy as i was not working in SOUTH AFRICA and was in the DRC CONGO.
i more then a week ago asked for the contact details of the person handling this case, the other person involved blatently ignore a stop street and this accident was clearly not my fault and why do i have to pay the admin fees as my insurance can claim it from the other party insurance, influance my bonus.
