I recently resigned and wanted to enquire at Robson Savage regarding the receipt of my withdrawal forms. I phoned 3 times this week and still have no idea as to what the status is. On Tuesday i was informed that the person dealing with the company i worked at was off sick. I asked when the person would be back but the consultant was unable to answer me. I then tried again on Wednesday but the phone just rang without anybody answering. I then phoned again today (Thursday) and again i was informed that the person dealing is absent and also the person i spoke to on Monday is also absent. How does this organisation function if the work comes to a halt due to absenteeism. I need my funds ASAP and find it extremely frustrating after 3 unsuccessful attempts. Could the person in charge please address this matter because i don't know what will happen if the 2 consultants decide to never pitch at work again!
