Where's my money you were supposed to keep Safe???

All my money was withdrawn from my account and when I reported it, I was told that it would take 10 working days from WHEN I REPORTED IT. Today was 10 working days, and SURPRISE SURPRISE, now Standard bank say it is 10 working days from when the division get the file.

My biggest problem is that I pay bank charges to deposit my money in Standard Bank, and they don't seem to feel any responsibility to ensure that my money is safe. And when it disappears, they dictate how long they can take before refunding the money. Surely something is very wrong here, it's their duty to ensure the safety of our money, after all they are getting paid to look after it and we should not have to wait for them to give us what is rightfully ours. After all the reason we use banks is because it's supposed to be safer than hiding the money under our mattress. HaHA, under my mattress would have been much safer.
