Re-advance application decline

We registered our bond initially for more than the loan amount in order to access funds when needed.

Now, 16 months later, we applied for these funds and where told that it's been rejected due to Sectional title exposure. I've asked for the application to be escalated and was expecting a response within 24 - 48 hours.

Now a week later, no one has called us.
