My problem

I had a account gold, were offered to get a platinum, got it
fnb never closed the gold. Monthly charges still got added to a excess of R4000
default were put on my name, which now puts me in a shocking position to get debt

I even tally just to get it sorted offered to pay with a settlement discount. I paid and were told the default would be removed in 3-4 days
9 days later I were told by an incompetents lady they wanted to do a debit order of 1000, I said no. They went ahead and did it anyway. Now I want a refund and were told 3-4 days.

what I want now
I want ALL my money returned for time wasting, airtime wasting and speaking to stupid people the whole time. This was never my fault and should not be held accountable for this. Total paid R4200 I want it all. I want the default removed with written confirmation. I want the lady who phoned me on the 2/12 to be taken on with a warning, I want conformation. I want the account closed with written confirmation. I want an apology letter. I give fnb 48 hours to sort this otherwise I will take this matter further and make it public as much as possible. I do not want dumb staff phoning me as I will not speak
