I have been dealing with Vannessa with regards' to a claim for my handset.
Every day there is a different stroy and today was the icing on the cake
My handset (BB 990) insured for R 8000 - which was paying a premium every for
I advised Vannessa of the handset that I wanted and was told that I need to pay in R2800.
i then got a quote as per her request from MTN as was told they that will pay me out the value of my insured handset less the access.
TODAY that tell me that will only replace my handset (after I have signed my new contract with MTN) for the value of R5999 and i need to pay an access of R 599
