Unable to process a simple transaction

Branch manager (dawie odendal) just shrugs he's shoulders when told that R20 000 cant be traced transferred from fnb to Santander bank in Scotland. This is currently pending 52 days. The funds has been cleared from my account. fnb now wants to charge me more to have the funds reversed which in the first place they cant track.
