I applied for vehicle finance through african bank. It was approved. I looked for a vehicle but had to turn it down. So on monday i contacted adele viljoen from carfin via email and told her i found another car. She could not change the year model on the application as there was something wrong with the system.i beleve she did sent them a email and up to date thereis jo response on this applcation.how in the worle can u do bussiness if no one can reach you via email or phone. I need to buy a vehicle as i can not drive any lnger with the current one. It is my sons car. Please investigate this matter as i am in need of a far desperately.
