What is wrong with your billing dept? im so sick and tired of being billed the amounts we didnt agree on and on the dates we never agreed on. i need my money before close of business today. youre a big company with incompetent staff. this is the 02nd not the 17th as i requested. i have emailed all my banking statements but to date i havnt received my refund for the bank charges. i use an internet cafe nd i pay to use their facilities. eks met julle. just be professionals for once. how long should i wait for my refunds & oh you going to refund me my money that you took today too nd im not going to email any statement this time. this is sick and kindly cancel my policy with immediate effect.
