As I was not happy with the bank charges on my account, I went to see the people at Nedbank in order to determine what my options were. Jenny Mostert welcomed me with a great smile and after having listened to what I had to say, immediately proposed a solution that would save me a great deal on unnecessary bank charges in future. She took me to Shakeera Nelson's office, who really went the extra mile to implement the changes on my bank profile. I found Shakeera to be one of the best bank employees (great knowledge about the bank's products, wonderful attitude and approach to customer service) that I have come across in a number of years.
