Outsurance has embraced us in our time of need

We were part of the Somerset West flooding on the evening of 15 November 2013. We were devastated when we had to be rescued off our roof after the Lourensford River burst its banks and our yard was officially part of the river. As we had never claimed before, we was feeling very low not knowing what to expect when it came to claiming for our damages. Phoning Outsurance and getting reassurance that our claim would be dealt with speedily, I felt much better. A few days after the accessor came to our house I received a call from Nicky Bohmer who has been appointed our Project Manager. He is an amazing, special person and has just the right kind of empathy to be handling people that are still raw from the aftermath of such devastation. The way he spoke to me was in all ways comforting and I have to commend him for this. It has been 2.5 weeks since the flood and I have been able to talk to Nicky regularly regarding the quotes etc and he has always got time to reassure me and help should I have any problems.

Thank you once again Outsurance and especially Nicky Bohmer. I have been recommending Outsurance to all my friends family and anyone that hears my story
