I have received the best service from Outsurance after my vehicle failed to start. I called Outsurance within 3 rings a wonderful lady by the name of Nicky du Toit answered the call and assisted me. I gave her my location and explained the problem. Withing minutes I received a text message saying that a towing company was on the way. Nicky followed up throughout the evening until my vehicle was in working order.
I have told everyone at work today of Outsurance excellent service, as an employee of an insurance company myself, everyone could learn from Outsurance.
