Complaint on poor service followed up by Richard

Thank you Richard for explaining how Standard bank assesses building alteration plans and also for explaining your banks terminology.
You sent an assessor and he did what was requested and even though I have some misgivings you went the whole 9 yards and I cannot fault your service and follow through.

All you did was appreciated. Wish there were more like you at Standard Bank.
