On the 19th of October 2013 there was a unauthorised transaction through my bank account, I reported it on Hello Peter, they called me, but I am still waiting for the dispute to be resolved, my ref no 361553. This type of service is unacceptable from Premium banking. As I am a Platinum Card holder, I expected a better service, but seems like there is no difference. Is a period of more than a month acceptable??? What you promise on your advertisements (HOW CAN WE HELP YOU) is definitely not the deliverance what Im experiencing.
