Staff Incompetence and Management Bullying

I bought 2 vehicles via std bank, unexpectedly I lost my job. I then made arrangements for re-spread/extension. I later found employment and resumed with paying instalments. The application for one of the vehicles was successfully processed, though it took long (2 months instead of 3 days as per bank's SLA). Documents submitted for second vehicle went missing within bank and somehow issue landed with collectors. While raising issue with divisional supervisor, she demanded that I first pay half the outstanding amount before the matter can be rectified? I've provided evidence that the same procedure was followed for the second vehicle. She has threatened to take matter to legal if I don't comply. This for a blunder that was caused by her team?! This is the reward I get after almost 20 years of loyalty!
