Paid my Ford Figo off on 13/11/2013..got e-mail on 14/11/2013 asking how I would like to collect my documents-mail or collect. Replied that I would collect from Nedbank City View Branch DBN.Received mail on 20th to say I could collect docs. Now thats what I call good customer service... Thank you MFC for making my dealings with you a pleasure and will ceratinly use your service again when needed.
