What is the point of banking with you?

I have 2 unexplained deductions on my cheque account by a company called paytoza and another d dynamix, I need to know who these people are, and can you not at least give us sms notifications for debit order requests so that we know what is going on, we are losing money to these faceless criminals and fnb only allows it. Can someone at fnb please contact me before i move to another bank
